Hi,
My name is Jano Kiri and my wife and I visited Bucket Biryani Whitby last week. I run a entertainment channel where I stream live to hundreds of viewers, with a strong following in the South Asian community, and the visit is already up as a stream recording.
During the visit, the order was mislabelled and my wife, who is vegetarian for religious reasons, ended up unknowingly eating chicken that had been mixed into the dish. This was upsetting for her, and it happened live in front of our audience. We'd appreciate knowing how you'd like to address it.
I'll be covering the visit further on YouTube as part of my regular content. I wanted to reach out directly first so that however this gets resolved can be reflected fairly in how we talk about it.
